Expansion is being conducted through disciplined territory awards in defined metropolitan and high growth areas. As territories are established, availability reduces.
This is not a saturated network. It is a market being established.
A Refresh business grows through structured expansion of roles and capacity. Not through personal labour.
Stage 1 - Founder led: You establish the business, drive early sales and oversee delivery.
Stage 2 - First key hire: You separate sales and delivery roles. Capacity increases. Revenue grows.
Stage 3 - Structured team: You build a team of Renovation Consultants and Project Managers. At this stage, you are leading the business, not running individual projects. This is when the business becomes scalable.
