By joining Refresh Renovations with a franchise in Melbourne covering the Inner East, South East and Mornington Peninsula, Paul and Amber joined a renovation market of approximately $1.5 billion.
Prior to Refresh, Paul gained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then moved into engineering consulting where he supported clients for over 15 years finding solutions to their problems across a range of industries.
Paul is an accomplished Project Manager having spent many years managing complex multimillion dollar engineering projects before moving into a General Manager role where he established and grew the Melbourne branch of a leading international engineering consultancy. Amber studied Arts and has a background as a Human Resources professional from a service driven industry.
Paul and Amber are using these extensive experiences and interests in running their own customer-service driven Refresh business.
